During the construction, Paul crossed paths with Tom Koep, the esteemed owner of Koep Homes of Parkers Prairie. Recognizing Tom's expertise and commitment to quality, Paul entrusted him with the construction of his new shop. However, when it came time to choose windows, Paul's discerning eye sought something beyond the ordinary—windows that could withstand the harsh Midwest winters while exuding elegance and efficiency.

Drawing on his connections in Europe, Paul collaborated with artisans and suppliers in Germany and Poland to source windows and doors of unparalleled craftsmanship and performance.
